Olive Tapenade with Vegetable Batons or Crudités
and Vegetable or Potato Crisps

Here's and idea to make your picnics interesting yet stress free for the person hosting the occasion.
Homemade vegetable/potato crisps and/or crudités (vegetable batons), with a delicious olive tapenade dipping are simple, satisfying and scrumptious.
Yields: 300ml
Ingredients:
250 g Olives
10 ml Dijon Mustard
30 ml olive Oil
15 ml capers
Method:
1) Liquidise all the above ingredients together, season with salt and pepper and serve
