Smoked Salmon Roll Recipe

Yields: 8 small rolls but depends on smoked salmon quality
Ingredients :
80g Smoked Salmon
Fennel Sprigs
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
*Optional extra garnish:
Caviar, Quail Egg and Caper berries (Supplier: Woolworths – Midland’s Mall) and or Capers
Method :
1) Roll the smoked salmon strips into rolls
2) Top with fennel, caviar and freshly ground black pepper and optional extras if desired
