Ingredients :
1 Parma Ham slice (Supplier: Erwin’s: 033 263 2275)
1 finger size slice of Camembert – (Supplier: La Petite France: 082 951 8427)
½ Prune - pitted
Method:
1) Place a Parma ham slice on a work service
2) At the one side of the Parma ham place a piece of camembert and prune and roll up.
